Changes and Returns

 

The consumer has every right to change or return the printed canvases within the period stipulated in our exchange policy, so don't worry! However, I very kindly ask you to measure your wall before placing the order, to avoid buying the wrong size, as we do not work with stock and your canvases are manufactured exclusively for you (in the size, finish, frame color, and with the artwork you choose), so when we have to process an exchange, we can hardly reuse it for another customer. This generates losses and waste for me, as I have to pay all suppliers and the shipping costs for each delivery. If you have doubts about what suits you best and/or what size is better for your room, I am available on WhatsApp to help you for free :).

Please note: For a return or exchange, the canvases must be in their original packaging with all transport protections and must be requested by email within 7 calendar days following the receipt of the product.

 

In case of Exchange:

 

  • Send an email to vayuart@gmail.com stating the reason and attaching photo(s) of the product(s) and its packaging. Exchanges without the original packaging are not accepted, and we are not responsible for products returned poorly packed that arrive with transport damage.

  • The customer will be responsible for paying the transport of the product to be returned.

 

In case of Return:

 

  • Send an an email to vayuart@gmail.com stating the reason and attaching photo(s) of the product(s).

  • We will send you a shipping label so you can send it by courier or postal mail.

  • We do not accept returns without the original packaging, and we are not responsible for poorly packed returned products that arrive with transport damage.

  • The refund of the amount paid will be made when the product in question arrives at our address UNDAMAGED (If the product is well packed with the original packaging as sent and still arrives with damages, we will analyze if it was the carrier's fault and proceed with the refund normally; otherwise, the refund will not be made, and to resend the product, shipping costs must be paid by the customer).

  • The timeframe for the refund of the amount will depend on the payment method you used to make the purchase. And in the case of credit cards, for example, it depends not only on us but also on your bank.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND CUSTOMIZED CANVASES.

What are customized orders? To create a customized canvas, I have a virtual meeting with the customer where we discuss the ideas for their original artwork together. When I finish painting, I show the result to the customer through photographs (and video if necessary), and once approved, I send it to them.

 

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS

 

  • It is essential that the registered delivery address is correct, without discrepancies or typographical errors. If the customer enters an address with the wrong zip code, street, neighborhood, number, complement, or recipient name, the product will be automatically returned to us.

  • In locations where home delivery is restricted or after two delivery attempts where the recipient is absent, the product will be available at the nearest carrier office for seven calendar days.

  • If the product is not collected within the specified period, it will be automatically returned to us. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
